Handcrafted in my workshop in Shrewsbury, this original wet Cyanotype on silk has a design with an array of distinctive ferns create a scene of interaction and perpetual movement. Exposed to sunlight on a very hot day, the silk and sunlight reacted to create ripples, rich textures, and subtle shifts from deep blue to light blue, it’s a true one-off.
Each lampshade is unique and meticulously made to create a striking centrepiece for your home.
The distinctive tangle metal base is also handmade, forged in Ayrshire, Scotland. It’s stunning tangle form echoes the shade design, and its aged metallic finish adds timeless character to this heirloom-quality piece.
