Handcrafted in my workshop in Shrewsbury, this original wet Cyanotype on silk features a bright, energetic, and captivating design of mixed ferns.
Exposed to sunlight on a very hot day, the silk and Cyanotype solution reacted to create ripples, rich textures, and colour shifts from deep blue to light blue and green, it’s a truly striking one-off piece.
This lampshade is unique and meticulously crafted and will make an impressive centrepiece for any interior.
The handmade, distinctive polished metal globe base was forged in Ayrshire, Scotland. Its spherical form perfectly balances the shape of shade, and its aged metallic finish adds timeless character to this heirloom-quality piece.
