Handcrafted in my workshop in Shrewsbury, this exquisite botanical lampshade is an original Cyanotype on silk. This charming design echoes the essence of spring with delicate flowing flowers including crocus, snowdrops, poppies, and grasses.
Exposed to sunlight, the silk is dark blue canvas to the beautiful high definition reproductions of flowers and plants, including the very fine grasses.
This lampshade is unique and meticulously crafted, a striking centrepiece in any interior.
The handmade, distinctive polished metal globe base was forged in Ayrshire, Scotland. Its spherical form perfectly balances the shape of shade, and its aged metallic finish adds timeless character to this heirloom-quality piece.
